PRC
is committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected
on our Web site to deliver services is held in the strictest confidence.
Please read below for specific details.

Collection and Use of Information Gathered:
In
order to subscribe to PRC’s newsletter you will be asked to complete
a registration form. During registration, you are required to provide
contact information such as a persons name, company, title, email
address, and mailing address to distribute our newsletter.
Visitors to the site provide this information voluntarily.
To
gauge the effectiveness of our site we do collect non-identifiable
generic information about our visitors on our ISP's operational
systems. Our web server does recognize domain names and IP
addresses, the web page that visitor enters our web site at and
the pages that a visitor navigates to. The information does
not reveal a visitors identity and is solely used to determine the
effectiveness of our web site.
Visitors
send e-mails to PRC via the research@partnerresearch.ca.
Information such as resumes, requests for information, etc. are
all dealt with accordingly and then destroyed after the appropriate
time frame.
CIS
Clients
If
you, or your organization are subscribers to PRC’s CIS program,
then a corporate administrator at your company and PRC’s may access
your account. Corporate administrators can access user information
only for individuals within their corporate profile.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of computer code that enables
Web servers to "identify" visitors. PRC does not place cookies on
our visitor’s hard drives.
Links
to Other Sites
PRC’s Web site contains links to other Web sites. Please be aware
that PRC is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other
sites. We encourage our visitors to be aware when they leave our
sites and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site
that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy
statement applies solely to the PRC Web site.
Security
PRC provides its users with a secure online experience. To do this,
we use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety and
confidentiality of personal information about you. No one external
to PRC or its ISP has access to user information for individual
accounts. If you have any questions about the security at our Web

At
PRC we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell
lists or usage information. We do not report user information to
any third party. The only information that our ISP has access to
is to mailing out our e-newsletter.

is presented to third parties only upon written permission from
our users.
